The war is over and peace has settled in.

Now it's time for everyone to get back to normal lifestyles. Students returning to school, and even those that wish to repeat their last year have been invited back. The students will have their first normal school year because they have been invited to complete their last year as the school calls, an eighth year.

Sounds perfect, right?

Lately, strange incidents have occurred around the muggle world. Incidents that cannot be explained. Unless you know magic. Death Eaters? Some were never taken and must be plotting their revenge. Or a new threat?

Subplot -

Strange Events Among Muggles

Have you noticed the strange events that are going on around Muggle London lately? Who is behind the mask? No one has yet figured out ULRICH COGSWELL is the cause of the mess. Born a squib, never fitting anywhere, it was no surprise that Ulrich believed the death eaters when they approached him, telling him muggle-borns have stolen magic from him. But when he realized their methods, he tried to back down, resulting in the death of the only person who ever meant anything to him, Marcus Pilgrave. For months, he hid away. When he finally returned, it was to find a new ministry in place. The issues, however, remained the same. Never would that world have a place for people like him. The world was not really a better place before the death eaters. A change needs to be operated. Eyes have to be opened. Ulrich would open them.
