Special Abilities Rules
There are a few rules that you need to follow in order to apply for features.
1) DO NOT SEND REQUESTS VIA PM! I have threads created for applications, along with the Special Feature Requesting Platform
2) FOLLOW THE RULES FOR EACH AREA! Your applications MUST HAVE proper grammar and spelling. If you do not follow this rule, we will NOT accept you. Follow the rules for each feature's application.
3) PLEASE BE REASONABLE! We will NOT accept anyone who is half-mutant, half-demon, or anything that is not mentioned in the Harry Potter universe, unless it is well thought out and would fit in in the HP universe.
4) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND AND ADD TO THESE RULES WHEN WE SEE FIT! If we feel like adding something, then look for an update.
5) REPORT IT! If you see someone using an SF without permission, send a PM to admins with a link to the thread they used it in. We will handle it then.
6) THIS IS YOUR FIRST WARNING! If you use an illegal SF without the consent of the SF Mods, you will receive only one more warning. If usage continues, you, and your multi-chars, will be banned from the site for a minimum of ONE WEEK. Repeated offenses may result in permanent banning.
7) APPLY FOR ONLY ONE! We will only accept an application from someone for ONE SF. If you apply for more than one term of one month, you will be ignored. If you change your mind, edit the post and type DELETE THIS POST, and it will be deleted, allowing you to apply where you want.
8) JUST BECAUSE YOU APPLY DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL GET ANY SF! If we so choose, we can reject all applications due to a lack of detail. We want your applications to SHINE and reflect all of your best typing skills. In other words, if spelling errors run rampant through your application, you will automatically be rejected. We have a Spell Check, use it. We will only accept applications that show both time and effort and not something you threw together in just five seconds.
10) JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SHOW US YOUR STUFF DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN USE AN ILLEGAL SF! If you want to show us your skills, do not illegally play a parselmouth or veela. You can send the SF mods a sample via PM, or just add a sample RP to your application, if you wish.
If you follow these simple rules, we won't have any trouble. The Special Feature Area is currently OPEN.
