A year and a half ago, the vessel known as Sam Winchester made the ultimate sacrifice: his life for the sake of the world's. The apocalypse was averted, and everyone directly involved thought that was the end of things.
The rest of the world wasn't so deluded.
Very few hunters had even known about the apocalypse. Most of them hadn't even noticed much of anything; to them, there were just more freak accidents, more disasters, more cases. And the cases didn't stop. In fact, as the year went on, more and more monsters started emerging.
But state-side, there isn't any place with more rumors circulating around it than those around Lost Creek. The town appears to be a hotspot of supernatural activity, and so far, no hunter can deduce the cause. Monsters from all over are gathering there, almost like they're waiting for something... And as whispers start spreading, the word "Mother" comes up more and more often.
The age of angels and demons is over. The rise of the monsters is nigh.
