colby is a small city located in minnesota. each day it grows bigger thanks to mayor jameson. he runs the town and has eyes and ears everywhere. for the most part, he is a good man and an even greater mayor. he donates money to a bunch of top organizations, including the colby university, one of the best schools in the state. on the other end is the colby community college. although it is not the worst college—the education is just as good as colby university—the college is best known for the out of hand parties. it was a few years ago at one of these parties that mayor jameson's oldest daughter, rebecca died from alcohol poisoning. since then, the mayor has had a strong hatred for the community college. he made sure to enforce more police patrols on campus and had alcohol banned from campus. a lot of the students hate him for it because they are getting punished for his daughter's bad choices. since then, the university has grown in favor with the mayor, which is why he is secretly trying to shut down the colby community college. meanwhile, the university and community college have a strong rivalry with each other since the death of the mayor's daughter because the university students believe the community college is responsible, but the community college students believe it is the university's fault, since rebecca attended the colby university. will people eventually find out about the mayor's plans?
